From an empty page to an application
ResuPals helps people prepare resumes and cover letters for job applications. Start with personal details, work experience and education, then choose a template and review the document as it takes shape.
Guests can write and export without creating an account. A job-description checker helps compare a resume with a role, while the cover letter builder keeps the rest of an application in the same product.
A guest workspace that stays local
Guest documents are saved in localStorage on the device. They remain available in that browser between visits without sending the document to the server as part of guest editing.
Signing in offers cloud sync for people who want their work across devices. That is a separate choice from starting a resume, so an account is not a prerequisite for trying the editor.
An editor and an export you can use
The editor combines structured sections with a document preview. Template and style controls change presentation while PDF and DOCX export turn the result into a file that can be submitted.
Preview and export paths share text-cleaning logic so formatting tags do not leak into a document. Templates are designed for applicant-tracking systems, though the content of an application still needs a person's review.
Optional tailoring, with a clear boundary
AI job tailoring uses the submitted resume and job description to generate suggestions through an AI provider. It is an explicit feature, separate from keeping a guest document in browser storage.
The live product also includes public job-search tools and a blog. The screenshots show the public introduction and a real guest editor before any personal resume details are entered.
